Patent law is not just a rulebook — it's a record of disputes. The fact patterns in the exam represent instances that would have necessitated the ever-refining rules, testing us of our mastery of them.

As I began studying for the Patent Bar, I saw that the available tools delivered rules in isolation without context. That wasn't the method for me; so I began building my own, thinking there must be others like me.

I took the exam as a diagnostic while I actively developed the platform. What I saw was that the PDF Viewer I had reverse-engineered was accurate. Patent Bar Fidelity is built on two principles: Practice under real conditions. Original sources first.

"If you can't Ctrl+F during the exam, you shouldn't use it during prep."

An honest roadmap.
